Gateway Support Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Delivers exceptional support to users by addressing inquiries and troubleshooting issues related to telecommunications networks, computer hardware, and essential business applications.

• Identifies the source of problems and collaborates with internal telecommunications, system operations, application development teams, and vendors to find resolutions.

• Conducts follow-ups with users to confirm the resolution of their issues.

• Creates and updates documentation for all activities performed.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.

• One to two years of experience in the telecommunications or applications programming sector, or relevant job-related experience.

• Proficient in navigating various software packages, including Microsoft Office applications.

• A general understanding of the technical aspects of telecommunications equipment, systems, and vendor capabilities.

• Capability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines concurrently.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Preferred experience with Gateway/CenPos (Internal).

• Call center experience is preferred.

• Knowledge in software, hardware, IT, helpdesk, and network troubleshooting is essential.
