This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio, +1 more state.
• Accountable for overseeing district operations, which includes hiring, live and virtual coaching, representative development, performance management, and assigning key "priority" accounts within the medical community, supervising a team of 6-10 representatives.
• Formulates and executes strategic plans for the District, business plan, and holds overall responsibility for district-level budgets in line with RBD expectations.
• Organizes, plans, and evaluates performance to maximize the business potential of the District and the RBU.
• Ensures effective use of promotional materials, contributing significantly to the creation of strategic plans.
• Conducts proactive data analysis to discern market trends.
• Collaborates with, identifies, and motivates key account development and opportunities that influence regional and national business.
• Cultivates relationships with customers (including KOLs) and key stakeholders, utilizing content effectively for engagement.
• Develops external advocates and participates in advocacy and community engagement as needed.
• Guarantees that both personal and team actions are fully compliant; possesses a thorough understanding of all relevant compliance policies and processes; escalates issues when necessary, and ensures a strong commitment to integrity within the team.
• Implements and maintains District Standards in collaboration with sales colleagues.
• Utilizes various interactive coaching methods across all engagement types to enhance hybrid representative capabilities.
• A Bachelor's Degree is required.
• A minimum of 3-5 years in a role demonstrating leadership across peer and customer groups.
• Previous experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical marketing/sales is preferred.
• Experience with key thought leaders or high-influence customers in large group practices, hospitals, or managed care organizations is preferred.
• A valid US driver’s license and a driving record that complies with company standards.
• The candidate should exhibit a range of diverse leadership experiences and capabilities, including the ability to influence and collaborate with peers, develop and coach others, oversee and guide colleagues to achieve significant outcomes, and create business impact.
• An MBA or relevant graduate degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of people management experience is preferred, along with the ability to develop and motivate others, lead through change, and fulfill Pfizer business imperatives to succeed in this role. Specialty experience and expertise are strongly preferred.
