Game Product Owner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Assume full responsibility for the entire game development lifecycle—overseeing slot titles from initial wireframes and mathematical prototypes to final compliance, deployment, and live-operations tracking.

• Collaborate extensively with mathematicians to design, rigorously test, and refine volatility profiles, RTP (Return to Player) settings, and hitting frequencies that significantly enhance player retention.

• Lead, motivate, and coordinate a distributed team of specialized professionals—including slot developers, digital artists, kinetic animators, and backend engineers—to ensure a seamless delivery pipeline.

• Maintain a proactive, highly efficient product delivery timeline, identifying upcoming iGaming trends and shifts in player behavior before they become mainstream.

• Manage clear technical communication channels with data teams, domain architects, and executive partners, ensuring that each title is optimally positioned for regulatory compliance and maximum distribution potential.

• Examine live player behavior, spin telemetry, and revenue metrics with analytical precision—executing real-time product adjustments and mechanic modifications to enhance lifetime value (LTV).

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated hands-on experience in game production or product ownership specifically within the iGaming or digital gaming sector.

• A robust understanding of the mathematical principles underlying slot games (including hit rates, bonus triggers, cascading mechanics, and payout distribution logic).

• A proven history of leading complex technical teams and managing fast-paced delivery pipelines without missing any feature or timeline targets.

• This role is not a typical 9-to-5 corporate position. The global iGaming market runs 24/7/365, with rapid feature rollouts.
