Game Producer – Slots

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee the entire slot development lifecycle for the sub-studio, from initial concept and documentation (GDD) through to certification, launch, and live operations;

• Recruit and manage a dedicated creative team, including Artists, 2D/Spine Animators, and Game Designers;

• Strategically manage workflows with resources (Math designers, Developers, and QA) to ensure smooth delivery without delays;

• Define and prioritize your studio’s product roadmap (mechanics, volatility mix, themes) in collaboration with co-founders and the overall go-to-market strategy;

• Ensure certification readiness (GLI/BMM) and confirm that all titles comply with stringent regulatory standards for key jurisdictions;

• Establish and track game analytics and KPIs (GGR per title, retention, feature engagement, ARPDAU, hit rate).

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in iGaming (slot provider or a similar B2B setting), with a demonstrated portfolio of released slot titles;

• Strong Mathematical Acumen: Deep understanding of slot mathematics (RTP, volatility, hit frequency, bonus features, jackpots) to effectively collaborate with shared math resources;

• Delivery Oriented: Proven track record of delivering slot titles from concept to launch in a dynamic, fast-paced environment;

• Familiarity with Compliance: Practical experience with GLI/BMM certification processes and regulatory requirements;

• Entrepreneurial Attitude: Proactive, comfortable with high levels of autonomy, and skilled in establishing clear production pipelines from the ground up;

• Communication Skills: Strong ability to collaborate with shared tech teams, report directly to founders, and manage external partners.

• Nice-to-Have: Experience in building or scaling a game development team or sub-studio.

• Exposure to RGS platforms, aggregator integrations, and regulated markets.

• A solid blend of product vision, visual design sensibility, and data-driven decision-making.
