This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Accurately post and maintain player projections for pre-game and in-game scenarios across all markets and leagues supported by PrizePicks.
• Continuously monitor player projections throughout the day, tracking essential information necessary for effective projections.
• Oversee risk management and projection monitoring through the use of modeling and quantitative analysis.
• Analyze the play patterns of PrizePicks members and adapt internal processes as needed.
• Collaborate with sport owners to implement strategies, best practices, and processes related to key markets.
• Assist in the execution of product initiatives.
• Help develop standard operating procedures for the game operations tasks at PrizePicks.
• Utilize and modify game operations skills for other assigned sports.
• Strong attention to detail, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional time management abilities, reliability, and capacity to meet critical deadlines.
• Extensive knowledge and experience in Daily Fantasy Sports (DFS) and Prediction Markets within the sports gaming, player prop, and daily fantasy sports sectors.
• Deep understanding of players, teams, and matchups in college and major sports leagues, including insights on how information influences projections.
• Capability to analyze multiple information streams simultaneously and make timely, informed decisions.
• Willingness to learn and implement new product initiatives.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends in alignment with the sports schedule.
• High proficiency in Google Workspace.
• Ability to quickly learn new or updated software applications.
• A Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
• One to three years of experience in Daily Fantasy Sports or Sports Gaming is preferred but not required.
• Must be eligible to work for any employer in the U.S.; employment visa sponsorship is not available.
