This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hong Kong.
β’ Comprehensive game localization and translation including in-game user interface, narratives, character dialogues, marketing content, and linguistic quality assurance, along with narrative enhancement, cross-cultural adaptation, and collaborative creative sessions with game development teams.
β’ A degree in Translation, Linguistics, or Language Studies (or equivalent experience with substantial translation training)
β’ Over 2 years of translation experience plus a college degree
β’ More than 5 years of translation experience (degree not mandatory)
β’ A translation certification awarded by a recognized governmental authority
β’ Core requirement: Practical game localization experience and native or near-native English proficiency.
β’ Work schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (8 hours per day)
β’ Specific duration will be discussed with the project manager later (estimated 3 months, with possible extension for long-term collaboration)
β’ Signing of a non-disclosure agreement, a qualification sample test, and complete onboarding process.
