This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Crafting and executing engaging gameplay systems that align with the creative vision.
• Developing, assessing, and refining prototypes informed by team and player input.
• Establishing interaction behaviors, player movement parameters, and combat/system logic.
• Ensuring technical consistency and maintaining organized Blueprints and project structures.
• Over 3 years of experience in Game Design, emphasizing technical implementation or rapid prototyping.
• A robust portfolio that highlights your design accomplishments, particularly in PC/console titles.
• Experience in delivering at least one commercial game title for PC/Console.
• Proficient in design and rapid prototyping tools such as Figma.
• Advanced expertise in UE5 and a comprehensive understanding of the Blueprint visual scripting system.
• Strong grasp of UX principles, interface design, and user-centered design methodologies.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
• Exceptional communication skills and a proactive approach.
