• Leverage expertise in Fraud, Waste and Abuse (FWA) to investigate, test, and develop effective alerts and algorithms aimed at FWA detection and prevention in claims.
• Proactively analyze and assess the output of FWA schemes, alongside enhancements to current FWA initiatives.
• Possess a solid understanding of pharmacy and medical claims data analysis and quality oversight.
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledgebase of alerts and policies.
• Conduct research to gather supporting documentation for knowledgebases specific to clients.
• Execute test cases and evaluate results.
• Exhibit a proven ability in problem solving and debugging.
• Identify and resolve issues that arise during testing and are reported by customers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to uphold quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Meet all relevant requirements set by Company customers, clients, or business partners concerning the role and relationship.
• Understand and adhere to all company Privacy and Security standards.
• Additional responsibilities as assigned.
• Familiarity with healthcare Fraud, Waste and Abuse (FWA).
• Knowledge of healthcare, insurance, medical terminology, CPT, HCPCS, DRG, Revenue, and ICD-10.
• Capability to document and troubleshoot errors effectively.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Possess an analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem resolution abilities.
• Ability to convey instructions clearly and succinctly.
