
Funnel Marketing Manager – E‑Commerce

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Ownership of funnel creation and scaling: You will take charge of the end-to-end design and construction of effective lead funnels — such as quizzes, calculators, VSLs, or webinars — guiding leads from initial opt-in through the educational phase to purchase.
• Collaborating closely with the Performance team, you will develop systematic nurturing strategies and the integration of ads, landing pages, and CRM sequences to function as a scalable unit.
• You will identify successful formats and adeptly adapt them for new products and target demographics.
• CRO — Conversion Rate Optimization: You will enhance every phase from opt-in through nurturing flows to checkout, employing clear hypotheses and rigorous A/B testing — our approach is to test for success, not just to experiment.
• You will contribute strategic insights for landing pages and ad creatives based on data derived from your funnels.
• Lifecycle & Automation as a conversion mechanism: You will implement your strategies using Klaviyo or similar tools, managing complex behavioral triggers and precise segmentation.
• You will support product launches with a thoughtfully designed funnel logic that ensures immediate cash flow and long-term retention.
• Focus on funnels and growth: Your experience lies in funnel building, growth marketing, or D2C performance, directly or indirectly linked to email-related tasks.
• Practical experience: You have independently constructed funnels and demonstrably enhanced conversion rates.
• E-commerce mindset: You comprehend the psychology that drives online purchases and know how to systematically foster trust.
• Quick execution: You are results-oriented and operate at a rapid pace — a swift tempo is your norm.
• Email marketing proficiency: You have been involved in supporting, building, or executing email marketing initiatives — expertise in Klaviyo is not mandatory.
• Analytical and strategic mindset: You quickly pinpoint areas where potential is lost in the customer journey and where revenue opportunities are being overlooked.
• Full ownership of the funnel: You will be creating something new — you won't be managing existing systems.
