Fundraising Support Contractor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Engage with donors about their charitable contributions

• Accurately process donations

• Ensure adherence to nonprofit and campaign regulations

• Fulfill call quality and attendance standards

• Represent nonprofit organizations in a professional and accountable manner

• Ability to follow scripts with precision

• Reliable and timely attendance

• Maintain professionalism in all interactions

• Self-discipline necessary for remote work

• Certification must be obtained prior to providing services

• A quiet, distraction-free workspace is essential

• Wired high-speed internet connection is required; Wi-Fi-only setups are not permitted

• Must have Windows 11; Macs and Chromebooks are not acceptable

• Minimum of 8 GB RAM is required; 16 GB RAM is preferred

• A desktop or laptop computer is necessary

• Dual monitors are not a prerequisite to apply

• USB noise-canceling headset is not mandatory to apply

• Hardwired internet connection is not a requirement to apply

• Equipment and startup requirements must be met

• Compliance with nonprofit and campaign guidelines is essential
