Fundraising Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.

📋 Description

• Oversee fundraising initiatives across various platforms such as direct mail, texting, and telemarketing.

• Assist in the development of campaign strategies, including budget management, creative direction, audience segmentation, and production oversight.

• Prepare campaign outlines, reports, and presentations, offering insights and recommendations based on data analysis.

• Act as the primary day-to-day liaison for clients and production partners, ensuring that campaigns are executed efficiently and punctually.

• Supervise copy, design, and production timelines, ensuring quality control throughout the process.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in direct response fundraising for nonprofit organizations.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including SharePoint, Teams, Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

• Outstanding attention to detail.

• Capability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.

• Self-driven, dependable, and able to take ownership of responsibilities with minimal supervision.

• Resourceful with a creative approach to problem-solving.

• Excellent teamwork and collaboration abilities.

• Strong communication skills, including active listening and effective persuasive speaking.
