This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee and implement data synchronization and ETL processes between the primary CRM and external revenue channels, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
• Create, maintain, and generate reports and data extracts for the finance, development, and marketing departments.
• Assist with reconciliation, campaign analysis, and the creation of lists.
• Act as the primary contact for data inquiries from the advancement team and channel leaders.
• Offer initial technical troubleshooting and resolution for issues related to data integrity, system errors, and integration failures across donor systems.
• Manage duplicate merges, routine data updates, and address basic system inquiries.
• Configure batch data into Salesforce when integration is not feasible or disaggregate third-party data flows as necessary.
• Administer and set up donor-facing technology platforms and internal CRM configurations in collaboration with development and technology teams.
• Collaborate closely with revenue teams, marketing, and content on systems support.
• Keep documentation updated regarding data flows, system integrations, reporting procedures, and data quality standards.
• Work effectively with team members and stakeholders.

• Expertise in administration and data management of a major CRM platform (e.g., Salesforce NPSP, Raiser’s Edge, Dynamics).
• Experience with data querying languages or tools (e.g., SQL, SOQL, or advanced Excel/Google Sheets functions) for data extraction and manipulation.
• Familiarity with data integration or ETL tools (e.g., Mulesoft, Zapier, Informatica) to connect diverse systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proven planning and problem-solving abilities, including multitasking and performing well under tight deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and a focus on accuracy.
