Fundraising Analyst, Mid-level

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Assist in the creation of commercial presentations, proposing versions for approval by a specialist or team coordination;

• Organize and verify clients' essential documents for fundraising purposes;

• Collect benchmarking materials regarding sponsorship tiers and corresponding benefits from other organizations, recommending a plan for validation by a specialist or the team coordination;

• Comprehend and apply the logic of the established funding plan;

• Aid in the development of materials for prospecting cadence, adhering to instructions from a specialist or team coordination;

• Maintain and refresh entries in the CRM;

• Create materials for prospecting cadence to be approved by a specialist or coordination;

• Dispatch authorized fundraising emails and automations, as well as prepare them with assistance;

• Complete applications for grants and company forms;

• Engage directly with clients, always with approval from team leadership;

• Coordinate with the specialist or team coordination for meetings between companies and clients, or attend straightforward meetings with companies alongside the client;

• Supervise intern staff, under the oversight of the coordinator, delegating operational tasks;

• Issue and manage sponsorship receipts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (any field of study is acceptable);

• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint;

• Residency in one of the following states: Amazonas, Pará, Rondônia, Roraima, Acre, Maranhão, Mato Grosso, Tocantins, or Amapá;

• Familiarity with commercial tools such as CRM is an advantage.
