Funding Supervisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Oversees and directs all aspects and operations of the Funding Department

• Leads the Funding Leadership Team within the designated territory

• Collaborates with Divisional Vice Presidents, Regional Area Directors, Branch Leaders, Assistive Technology Professionals, and other office leadership

• Manages the transaction cycle time from Ready to Process through to Funding Approval

• Coordinates and oversees the hiring, training, mentoring, performance evaluation, ongoing education, and career development of the Funding Specialist Team

• Creates and maintains training materials, guides, and progress reports

• Monitors the productivity, quality, and compassion demonstrated by Funding Specialists

• Organizes temporary coverage to ensure that all orders are processed promptly with a high degree of quality and compassion

• Responsible for resolving conflicts involving employees and clients

• Must uphold regular and predictable attendance

⛳️ Requirements

• 5 years of experience in Complex Rehab Technology Funding operations

• 2 years of experience supervising at least 10 direct reports

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook

• Capability to review, analyze, and interpret general business reports, technical procedures, work instructions, and governmental regulations
