Fund Operations Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Accountable for the development and upkeep of various fund lists

• Monitoring fund and corporate actions pertinent to plan liability recordkeeping

• Supervising unique and custom earnings processing, fund establishment, and pricing

• Observes and coordinates necessary corporate action modifications with relevant operational teams

• Responsible for the management and upkeep of the fund-specific earnings processing calendar and conducting quality reviews of the processing

• Assists management and departmental teams with all projects as required

• Engages with vendors to ensure that systems are properly updated and functioning as expected

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related discipline or equivalent industry experience, or a combination of education and experience

• At least 5 years of experience in a related role within the retirement services industry

• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel

• Knowledge of nonqualified liability recordkeeping, asset trading concepts, and corporate actions

• Experience with the McCamish Administration System is preferred
