Functional Service Provider – Line Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead and oversee a team or group.

• Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of project outcomes from direct reports.

• Provide mentorship to junior staff members.

• Monitor team performance through close collaboration with project and functional leadership.

• Manage and supervise team operations, including the appropriate allocation of staff resources.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in monitoring/data management or equivalent experience in clinical research.

• Strong knowledge and understanding of the clinical trials environment.

• Degree level education in biological science, pharmacy, or a related health discipline preferred, or equivalent nursing qualifications or relevant clinical experience.

• Proficient in the local language and written English.

• Oral English proficiency is preferred.
