Functional Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Oversee the administration of Atlassian products and assist clients with their implementation to enhance business processes.

• Offer scheduled on-call support during off-hours and address service outage incidents as they arise.

• Engage in process improvement initiatives throughout the team and organization.

• Obtain Atlassian certification and keep them current by achieving additional Atlassian Pro Skills badges.

• Support the Sales team with proposals, renewals, and quarterly business reviews for clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a client service or help desk position.

• Previous experience as a Jira administrator is preferred.

• Ability to effectively manage time and set expectations with both internal resources and clients.

• Capable of handling multiple clients and issues simultaneously.

• Proficient in analyzing and interpreting complex problems to provide comprehensive solutions.

• Proven ability to administer Atlassian products and offer strategic guidance.
