Functional Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Deliver exceptional software implementation consultancy to Enable customers.

• The consultant serves as the link between the customer and technical teams, offering guidance to ensure that the technical capabilities of our software customizations align with agreed-upon requirements.

• The role involves providing requirements analysis, solution and configuration design, custom solution design, implementation, training, integration, testing, and production support to customers, either on-site or remotely.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in ERP implementations, either within the implementing organization or as part of an implementation partner.

• Strong business analysis skills to capture, document, and confirm business requirements with the customer.

• Development and agreement of Acceptance Criteria for Solution Designs in collaboration with the customer.

• Configuration certification in establishing ERP solutions to fulfill business requirements.

• Proficient in triaging and troubleshooting both implemented designs and new solution designs swiftly and accurately.

• Demonstrates a working knowledge of the Order to Cash or Procure to Pay processes.

• Intermediate understanding of Trade Spend terminology, types of trade spend, and the business rationale for tracking it.

• Intermediate knowledge of sales/purchase order terminology and the generation of prices/discounts.

• Able to demonstrate an understanding of a Profit and Loss Statement.

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of accounting journal entries, T-accounts, accruals, and settlements.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to convey ideas and solutions clearly and succinctly.

• Experience in creating implementation documents such as Business Requirements Documents, Functional Design Documents, Configuration Documents, and Test Scripts.

• Skilled in writing test scripts and testing solutions to ensure they meet defined business requirements.
