This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• The role of SFMC Functional Analyst involves converting business requirements into functional specifications, overseeing multichannel campaign operations (email, SMS, push), automations (customer journeys, nurture sequences), personalization through Einstein, A/B testing, KPI analysis, and funnel optimization, all with an emphasis on enhancing customer experience within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Analysis & Requirements: Analyze business needs and convert them into functional specifications for SFMC (Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, Mobile Studio).
• Campaign Management: Strategize, set up, and execute omnichannel campaigns (email, SMS, push notifications), including A/B testing for optimization purposes.
• Automation: Create automation flows, communication sequences, and personalized journeys utilizing Einstein for predictions and recommendations.
• Personalization & Segmentation: Leverage data to segment target audiences, implement dynamic content, and facilitate real-time personalization.
• Performance Analysis: Track KPIs (open rates, click-through rates, conversions) and develop dashboards and reports in Query Studio.
• Data Management: Handle data import/export, manage Data Extensions, and carry out basic integrations with Sales/Service Cloud via Marketing Cloud Connect.
• Collaboration: Partner with marketing, sales, IT, and product teams to ensure alignment of strategies and integrations.
• SFMC Platform: Practical experience with Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, Mobile Studio, and Einstein (for AI-driven predictions), along with experience in automations and A/B testing.
• Digital Marketing: Knowledge of the sales funnel, lead scoring, nurturing, and omnichannel conversion strategies.
• Data Analysis: Proficient in advanced Excel, Google Analytics, and BI tools; familiarity with Query Studio is necessary.
• Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile practices (Scrum).
• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, or a related discipline.
• Certifications: Possession of Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Administrator, or Consultant certifications is advantageous.
• Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
