Functional Analyst – NetSuite

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Uruguay.

📋 Description

• Serves as a strategic liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.

• Ensures that NetSuite functionalities are fully utilized to promote operational excellence, maintain data integrity, and foster business growth.

• Tasked with designing, configuring, and optimizing NetSuite solutions.

• Actively employs AI and automation tools to improve analysis, expedite solution design, and facilitate continuous enhancement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of practical experience with NetSuite (including configuration, workflows, SuiteFlow, and SuiteAnalytics).

• Demonstrated ability to convert complex business requirements into ERP functional specifications.

• Strong grasp of essential business processes: Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and Record-to-Report.

• Experience in gathering requirements and producing clear functional documentation.

• Proficient in communicating effectively with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.

• High degree of autonomy — capable of managing priorities, timelines, and deliverables independently.

• Regular use of AI tools for productivity, analysis, or automation (such as ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar).
