Fully Licensed Therapist, Counselor – LCSW, LCPC, LCMFT

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.

📋 Description

• Provide individualized telehealth therapy services to LGBTQIA+ clients.

• Offer affirming, trauma-informed, evidence-based treatment customized to meet the community's needs.

• Conduct clinical evaluations.

• Maintain timely and HIPAA-compliant documentation using the Avon EMR system.

• Utilize evidence-based approaches including CBT, DBT, EMDR, and CPT.

• Implement the Trauma Journal and Written Exposure Therapy protocol to provide additional support between sessions.

• Engage in regular clinical supervision and fulfill required supervision hours.

• Progress towards achieving full independent licensure.

• Ensure a minimum of 10 client-facing sessions weekly.

• Report directly to the Clinical Director.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess an active Maryland license as an LCSW-C, LCPC, or LCMFT.

• Have a strong passion and experience in working with LGBTQIA+ clients.

• Demonstrate cultural competence in providing affirming, identity-centered care.

• Be comfortable delivering individual / 1-1 therapy in a telehealth environment.

• Exhibit proficiency in clinical assessment and timely, HIPAA-compliant documentation.

• Commit to a minimum of 10 client sessions weekly.

• Maintain flexible availability from Monday to Sunday.

• Be familiar with evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, or CPT.

• Show comfort with outcomes-based, measurement-informed care.

• Additional licensure in DC, Virginia, or North Carolina is a plus.
