Fullstack Tech Lead – .NET, React

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Guide and mentor a team of fullstack developers by offering technical direction, conducting code reviews, and providing performance evaluations.

• Design and develop scalable fullstack solutions utilizing .NET and React, ensuring compliance with best practices and design patterns.

• Build and maintain backend services with C# and ASP.NET Core, as well as frontend applications using React.js.

• Collaborate with product managers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to convert business requirements into technical specifications.

• Establish and uphold coding standards, quality assurance protocols, and development best practices within the team.

• Manage technical debt, enhance application performance, and implement improvements in database design.

• Supervise the implementation of CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies to guarantee smooth and reliable releases.

• Engage in architectural decisions and technology assessments for the organization.

• Facilitate agile ceremonies and ensure adherence to established development methodologies by the team.

• Effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Contribute to the professional growth and onboarding of new team members.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of professional experience in fullstack software development.

• At least 3 years of experience in a technical leadership or senior developer capacity.

• Advanced knowledge of C# and the ASP.NET Core framework.

• Strong expertise in React.js and contemporary JavaScript/TypeScript.

• Comprehensive understanding of RESTful API design and development.

• Experience with both relational and non-relational databases (such as SQL Server, MongoDB, etc.).

• Proficient in version control systems, especially Git.

• Experience with the implementation and management of CI/CD pipelines.

• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and manage development teams effectively.

• Strong familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.

• Experience collaborating with distributed or nearshore teams.
