Fullstack Tech Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Provide technical leadership by defining and directing the solution architecture, integrating React frontend, Java backend, security, observability, and engineering best practices.

• Develop and refine the solution's technical architecture, considering the React frontend, Java backend, and external system integrations.

• Oversee the implementation of the proposed architecture, ensuring proper separation of layers, REST APIs, domain, adapters, and adhering to hexagonal architecture patterns.

• Assist in making technical decisions related to authentication, authorization, role-based security, hierarchical scopes, session management, logging, and observability.

• Lead the development of integrations with payment gateways, NAV, Identity Provider, email/SMS services, and the legacy Filó system.

• Provide support to the team in solution design, code reviews, development methodologies, testing, and technical documentation.

• Collaborate with the Delivery Manager, developers, Data Engineering, and QA to ensure the solution's quality, scalability, and stability.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience as a Tech Lead, Solution Architect, or Senior Fullstack Developer.

• Strong knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, microservices, system integration, and backend best practices.

• Practical experience with React, componentization, API usage, routing, state management, and design system integration.

• Familiarity with hexagonal architecture, Clean Architecture, DDD, or similar frameworks.

• Experience with CI/CD, cloud platforms, containerization, observability, security, and technical governance.

• Preferred: Knowledge of GCP, recurring payment systems, financial webhooks, and subscription products.

• Experience in legacy migration and structuring journeys for B2B, B2B2C, and B2C models.
