This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

• Develop our employee affiliation engine to efficiently process thousands of lifecycle events on a daily basis.

• Streamline payroll and billing processes by creating tools that HR teams truly appreciate 💙.

• Create seamless integrations by connecting with platforms such as Payfit and Workday to ensure everything functions smoothly.

• Automate workflows at scale, customizing solutions for companies of all sizes across various countries.

• Enhance the billing experience by ensuring that invoices are precise, dependable, and easy to handle.

• Collaborate with various teams, partnering with product, design, and operations to provide a cohesive experience.

• We seek software engineers of all experience levels, preferably with backend and full-stack expertise.

• Comfortable exploring intricate business logic, particularly in areas related to insurance and payroll.

• B2B experience is advantageous!

• Proficient in OOP languages (Python, Java, C#) and enthusiastic about modern web technologies (JavaScript).

• Fluent in English (knowledge of French is a plus but not mandatory).
