Fullstack Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and sustain scalable features across the entire stack (frontend, backend, and infrastructure).

• Collaborate with the Product team to decompose scope into iterative, high-impact releases.

• Incorporate advanced LLM capabilities into actual enterprise workflows.

• Focus on an AI-first product, embedding state-of-the-art LLM functionalities into enterprise customer support processes.

• Tackle intricate engineering challenges, ranging from optimizing API performance to enhancing microservices architecture.

• Oversee and upgrade our cloud infrastructure (AWS) with a DevOps approach.

• Demonstrate high levels of agency and ownership—taking initiative, making decisions, and propelling ideas to production.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience working with Node.js, React, TypeScript, and Express.

• Proficient in PostgreSQL, Redis, and cloud environments (AWS: Fargate, Lambda, EC2, SQS).

• Knowledgeable in CI/CD practices (CodePipeline, GitHub Actions, or similar tools).

• Proven experience in integrating LLMs in a production environment.

• Familiarity with microservices and scalable systems.

• Product-oriented—you prioritize the impact of your deliveries, beyond just the code.

• AI-savvy—you are well-versed in Cursor, Claude Code, and adept at managing coding agents.

• Inherently curious and proactive; you don't wait for directions, but rather create momentum.
