Fullstack Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Develop infrastructure, interfaces, and applications for members, health professionals, and internal users.

• Engage in significant product interaction and ownership.

• Contribute to systems that manage claims processing healthcare expenses, documents, coverage, payments, fraud prevention, and member experiences.

• Build insurance infrastructure that includes real-time pricing, AI-powered sales tools, and the global insurance stack.

• Create billing, invoicing, affiliation, employment, reconciliation, and API infrastructure for Customer Enablement.

• Address high-impact, high-risk projects involving multiple engineers.

• Design efficient systems and engineering practices across various teams and products.

• Mentor engineers and lead teams.

• Participate in hiring processes and enhance the technical assessment procedures.

• Operate in one of three domains: Claims Management, Insurance Offer, or Customer Enablement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience as a Software Engineer.

• Experience in full-stack engineering.

• Proficient in Object-Oriented Programming, including Python, Java, and C#.

• Strong interest in web technologies such as modern JavaScript.

• Open to working with Python/JavaScript; prior experience with both is not mandatory.

• A passion for product development.

• Self-motivated and entrepreneurial in spirit.

• Team-oriented and eager to collaborate, learn, and teach.

• Fluent in English.

• Authorized to work for any employer in France, Belgium, or Spain.

• Currently residing in or willing to relocate to France, Spain, or Belgium.
