Fullstack Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Enhance and refine current event-driven workflows that oversee the complete document lifecycle (ingest, validation, enrichment, exception handling, posting to ERP).

• Develop additional asynchronous processing pipelines utilizing SQS (including DLQs) as needed for reliability and exception management.

• Integrate and standardize AWS Textract outputs (forms, tables, queries) into the established internal data model.

• Improve and maintain secure, fault-tolerant integration clients for transmitting structured data into ERP objects (e.g., sales orders, invoices) using secure credential management practices.

• Create new features and views on the existing React/TypeScript dashboard for document uploads, monitoring, and exception management.

• Enhance the human-in-the-loop interface that presents low-confidence or exception data from DynamoDB, enabling manual review and correction prior to data submission to ERP.

• Elevate UX and usability based on internal feedback while remaining aligned with the current design direction.

• Contribute to and expand existing Infrastructure as Code (CDK/SAM/Terraform) modules for Lambdas, workflows, queues, storage, and related infrastructure.

• Strengthen security controls and IAM boundaries as the system evolves, adhering to patterns established by the Tech Lead.

• Enhance and maintain observability (X-Ray, CloudWatch logs/metrics/dashboards) to facilitate end-to-end tracing, health monitoring, and troubleshooting in a production environment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of professional software engineering experience.

• Strong full-stack development capabilities, including: Backend development in Node.js or Python.

• Modern frontend development experience with React and TypeScript (or equivalent).

• Demonstrated experience in building serverless applications on AWS utilizing Lambda, API Gateway, and managed data services (DynamoDB, S3, etc.).

• Practical experience in designing and implementing complex workflow/orchestration solutions (e.g., Step Functions or equivalent).

• Production experience with Infrastructure as Code (AWS CDK).
