Fullstack Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Develop and enhance data processing systems: Design and implement ETL pipelines that gather, transform, and deliver data from various sources (including agency portals) into actionable product features.

• Transform data into insights: Convert raw insurance and agency data into significant metrics such as sales performance, inquiry volumes, geographic activity, and product distribution.

• Integrate and collaborate with multiple data sources: Create and maintain integrations with external systems while ensuring data consistency and reliability across pipelines.

• Collaborate in a dynamic environment: Work closely with the product team in a highly iterative setting without a fixed long-term roadmap.

• Ensure high engineering standards: Write clean, maintainable code with a strong emphasis on a testing culture.

• Utilize modern tools and AI: Incorporate AI tools into the development process, considering them an integral part of the workflow.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience with Node.js, TypeScript, React, and NestJS.

• Experience or a strong interest in ETL pipelines and data transformation.

• Familiarity or willingness to work in cloud environments (AWS or similar).

• Experience with Docker and Docker Compose.

• Value writing tests as an inherent part of development, with a quality-focused mindset.

• Enjoy taking end-to-end ownership of features and challenges.

• Communicate effectively in both Polish and English.

• Open to incorporating AI tools in daily development tasks.
