📋 Description

• Actively engage throughout the entire solution conception and development lifecycle, starting from the Discovery process—assisting in identifying the appropriate problems to address.

• Contribute to the technical enhancements that shape solution designs.

• Collaborate with interconnected squads to guarantee alignment and integration of solutions.

• Develop both frontend (React) and backend (.NET Core) layers as necessary, including unit tests to maintain quality and security.

• Ensure appropriate configurations for DevOps processes, while planning and overseeing production deployments.

• Monitor the post-release environment to confirm stability and performance.

• Utilize advanced AI techniques, employing tools such as Python (LangChain, Langgraph), RAG, prompt engineering, and agent evaluation (EVALs).

• Work with AWS infrastructure (DocumentDB, Lambda, ECS, S3, Redis) and CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Terraform, Docker).

• Collaborate on the development and integration of intelligent agents; familiarity with MCP and Go is an advantage.

• Proficiency in Next.js with React 18+.

• Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG).

• Experience in responsive design.

• Proficient in .NET Core.

• Familiarity with code versioning tools (GitLab/GitHub).

• Knowledge of object-oriented design, design patterns, SOLID principles, and Clean Code.

• Experience in the development and consumption of REST APIs.

• Commitment to code quality (SonarQube, Fortify, unit test coverage).

• Advanced code review techniques.

• Comprehensive understanding of the AWS ecosystem (CodePipeline, pipeline workflows).

• Experience in microfront-end architecture (Web Components, Module Federation, Single SPA).

• In-depth knowledge of design patterns.

• Mastery of observability techniques (Splunk, Grafana, Prometheus).

• Microsoft/.NET certifications are a significant asset.

• Proficient in React 18+ with TypeScript—including native hooks and composition patterns (useCallback, useMemo, useReducer).

• Experience with Next.js (App Router, SSR/SSG/ISR, bundle optimization).

• Knowledge of Web Components and their integration with React.

• Ability to create and maintain custom hooks with clearly defined responsibilities.

• Experience with Context API/state management without using external libraries.

• Unit testing with Testing Library and E2E testing with Cypress (test coverage).

• Familiarity with Conventional Commits and best practices in Git.
