Fullstack Developer Mid/Senior

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Fullstack Development: Design and enhance features across both backend (APIs, integrations, business logic) and frontend (dashboards, operational flows, and user interfaces).

• Core Module Development: Directly engage with core modules such as Campaign Engine, Customer Profile, Integration Hub, and Channel Orchestrator.

• Integrations: Create and sustain integrations with external APIs (ERPs, WhatsApp, VOIP, payments, etc.), ensuring both stability and scalability.

• API Design: Develop well-structured APIs (REST/gRPC) emphasizing decoupling and communication between services.

• Data Modeling: Contribute to the definition and evolution of data structures, ensuring consistency and optimal performance.

• Functional Frontend: Construct straightforward, efficient interfaces (manager dashboards, onboarding, operational flows), focusing on usability and rapid delivery.

• Observability and Debugging: Analyze logs, metrics, and system behavior to swiftly identify and address issues.

• Code Quality: Produce clean, testable, and scalable code, adhering to best practices in versioning and code review.

• Collaboration: Collaborate closely with backend, AI, product, and operations teams to ensure that deliveries align with business goals.

⛳️ Requirements

• Fullstack Experience: Strong background in both backend and frontend development (preferably Node.js + TypeScript + React).

• APIs and Integrations: Proven experience in building and consuming REST APIs and integrating with external services.

• Databases: Familiarity with data modeling and hands-on experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL).

• System Architecture: Knowledge of modular architecture, microservices, or distributed systems.

• Asynchrony: Experience with queues, events, or asynchronous processing (e.g., SQS, RabbitMQ, etc.).

• Version Control: Proficient with Git and collaborative development methodologies.

• Cloud (plus): Background with AWS or similar cloud platforms.

• Real-time (plus): Familiarity with WebSockets, streaming, or low-latency applications.

• Communications Integrations (plus): Experience with WhatsApp API, VOIP, messaging systems, etc.

• Note: Occasional presence in Rio de Janeiro is necessary (e.g., once every 15 days or once a month) mainly for strategic alignment.
