Fullstack Developer – Mid-Level

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Engage in the creation and advancement of digital solutions, utilizing software architecture and engineering best practices to produce clean, testable, and sustainable code.

• Collaborate on systems with varying characteristics (both monolithic and/or distributed), consistently concentrating on delivering business value while ensuring a sustainable pace of development.

• Contribute to initiatives that employ agile methodologies, continuous integration, and engineering practices like code reviews, pair programming, and mob programming, promoting quality and ongoing learning.

• Participate in the Augmented Pull Request ritual, assessing not just syntax but also intent: compliance with acceptance criteria, technical decisions, and functional implications.

• Assist in automated testing, observability, and methodologies that minimize rework and technical debt.

• Leverage Generative AI as a productivity enhancer (for code generation, tests, documentation, and analysis), while maintaining a critical perspective and technically validating outcomes.

• Support Spec-Driven Development methodologies, aiding in transforming requirements into clear specifications and contextual artifacts (e.g., /specify, /plan) that direct human efforts and AI utilization.

• Collaborate within value-driven teams, sharing insights and receiving mentorship from seasoned professionals.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of software development experience with .NET, React, and Python.

• Proficient in writing high-quality, well-structured, and testable code, demonstrating a strong grasp of object-oriented programming and solid design principles.

• Experience with automated testing (both unit and/or integration).

• Familiarity with Git for version control and collaboration through Pull Requests.

• Knowledge of SQL databases and foundational data modeling concepts.

• Experience with agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, or XP.

• Application of Generative AI in development, utilizing the tool responsibly with critical analysis and human validation.

• Experience in Spec-Driven Development and organizing context for AI (e.g., /specify, /plan).

• Skills in Prompt Engineering (crafting instructions, context, and constraints for LLMs).
