Fullstack Developer, Java, Spring, Angular

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Engages in activities that encompass the complete software development lifecycle, from gathering requirements to supporting the final deployment of developed features, in accordance with agile development methodologies.

• Collaborates with the development team by taking on work items for development during each Sprint;

• Executes development-related tasks, including analysis, design, programming, testing, and gathering requirements;

• Undertakes software development tasks in a multidisciplinary approach, emphasizing product quality and maintainability, which includes requirements analysis, design, programming, configuration management, testing, and deployment;

• Manages personal workload and promptly communicates any delays or obstacles to the team;

• Provides guidance and support to the developers within the project’s development team;

• Writes and integrates software components based on technical specifications, utilizing the designated development tools, programming languages, and libraries for the project;

• Identifies, constructs, and tests developed components to ensure quality;

• Conducts evolutionary or corrective maintenance on software components;

• Generates technical documentation in accordance with the project's contractual requirements;

• Integrates produced components with those created by other team members, using the designated integration tool for the project;

• Sets up and configures a local development environment based on the project's requirements and needs;

• Offers support to the IT team and client users as needed, regarding the specifics and characteristics of the developed components, modules, and software packages;

• Executes integration tests in the client environment to confirm the complete functionality of the software and its components;

• Manages the acceptance and deployment of the software in the client’s environments as stipulated in the contract;

• Conducts training and knowledge transfer sessions for the client regarding the developed software to ensure proper system operation;

• Comprehends the operation of information systems through experimentation and observation, and possesses the ability to refactor legacy web systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, or any undergraduate degree paired with a postgraduate certificate (specialization, master's, or doctorate) in Information Technology totaling at least 360 hours.

• Oracle Certified Professional – Java SE Programmer (version 5 or higher);

• CSD – Certified Scrum Developer;

• PSD – Professional Scrum Developer;

• At least 3 years of experience in developing systems within a distributed environment utilizing a corporate Java stack.

• Proficient knowledge in: Java SE 8+, Java EE, Spring Framework 3.x+, MicroProfile; JPA, JDBC, Hibernate, SQL; Design Patterns, MVC, 3-tier architecture; RESTful APIs, SOAP, Swagger/OpenAPI; Application servers: IBM WebSphere Application Server (WAS), IBM WebSphere Liberty (Liberty Profile), Red Hat JBoss EAP (WildFly); Angular (version 8+); Quarkus (Red Hat); Jenkins, Git, Maven, SonarQube; Testing: JUnit, TDD, ATDD; Messaging with MQ Series (IBM WebSphere MQ, JMS).
