• Collaborate closely with customers, Support, Product, QA, and Engineering teams to resolve intricate technical challenges, address production issues, and enhance customer satisfaction.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science/engineering or equivalent experience in software development.

• Over 2 years of experience with Java, Node.js, TypeScript, and React, with the capability to navigate and modify a large-scale codebase.

• Proficiency in Unix and bash.

• Comprehensive understanding of server-side systems, distributed architectures, APIs, and database interactions.

• Familiarity with debugging tools, log analysis, performance profiling, and root-cause analysis.

• Knowledge of endpoint security principles, network security basics, and enterprise IT settings.

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (Git).

• Background in agile development methodologies.

• Capacity to transition between quick bug-fix tasks and extensive investigation projects.

• A collaborative team member who can work alongside Support, QA, Product, and Engineering while maintaining professionalism in high-pressure situations.

• At least an upper-intermediate command of English.
