
Fullstack Developer – Growth, Acquisition and Activation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Create, develop, and sustain APIs, services, and interfaces that facilitate the complete acquisition process (landing pages, sign-up, login, trial, and onboarding).
• Develop server-side and client-side logic to implement A/B testing, feature toggles, and optimization experiments for conversions.
• Integrate our platform with key growth tools, including CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce), payment gateways (Stripe), and marketing automation and analytics platforms (Segment, Mixpanel).
• Optimize loading speed (Core Web Vitals) and apply best practices in technical SEO to enhance organic acquisition.
• Write clean, semantic code that is supported by automated testing, ensuring a secure and resilient architecture capable of handling traffic spikes.
• Work in collaboration with the data team to segment users and implement front-end instrumentation to capture interaction metrics (GA4, Mixpanel).
• Fullstack experience: Strong background in creating high-availability web applications.
• Back-end: In-depth expertise in Ruby on Rails and developing robust RESTful APIs.
• Front-end: Skilled in Vue.js (or Nuxt.js), TypeScript, semantic HTML5, and CSS3 (Tailwind CSS).
• Architecture: Familiarity with microservices and messaging systems (Sidekiq, SQS, Kafka).
• Databases: Proficient in relational databases (PostgreSQL) and non-relational databases like DynamoDB.
• Integrations: Practical experience with third-party APIs (payments, marketing, and sales).
• Testing: Familiarity with automated testing (RSpec for back-end; Jest/Cypress for front-end).
• Basic DevOps: Understanding of Docker and cloud environments (AWS).
• Growth mindset: Data-driven focus with comprehension of metrics such as conversion rate, CAC, and activation.
