Fullstack Developer, C#/React

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Define and enhance scalable and resilient system architectures, ensuring compliance with modern design patterns (Clean Architecture, DDD, microservices, event-driven).

• Create solutions utilizing C# (.NET / .NET Core) and React (preferably with TypeScript), maintaining a high standard of technical quality.

• Provide technical leadership in the development of services and APIs, ensuring standardization (REST, versioning, API governance) and integration with both internal and external systems.

• Organize and direct effective data modeling (SQL and NoSQL), ensuring optimal performance, consistency, and scalability.

• Take responsibility for engineering quality, ensuring:

• - Automated testing (unit, integration, and E2E)

• - Code and design reviews

• - Implementation of best practices (Clean Code, SOLID)

• Uphold standards for security, observability, and performance, including:

• - AuthN/AuthZ (OAuth2, OIDC, JWT)

• - OWASP Top 10

• - Structured logging, metrics, and tracing

• Define and advance DevOps and continuous engineering practices:

• - CI/CD

• - Containerization (Docker) and orchestration

• - Deployment strategies (blue/green, canary release)

• Lead and promote technical best practices, serving as a resource for the team:

• - Technical mentorship

• - Influence on architectural decisions

• - Elevating the squad's technical proficiency

• Collaborate closely with Product, QA, and UX, contributing to discovery and continuous delivery within agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).

• Implement and advocate for the use of Artificial Intelligence in development, including:

• - Advanced utilization of copilots and agents (Cursor, VS Code, Claude)

• - Development of supportive solutions for engineering

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in backend development with C# (.NET) and frontend development using React.

• Experience in architectural design and working with distributed systems.

• Expertise in REST APIs, versioning, and integration with external services.

• Practical knowledge of .NET Core, dependency injection, middleware, and HTTP pipelines.

• Strong proficiency in SQL (advanced modeling and performance) as well as NoSQL.

• Familiarity with Docker and operating applications across various environments.

• Solid understanding of CI/CD, version control (Git), and pipeline automation.

• Experience with scalable architectures, messaging (RabbitMQ, Kafka), and caching mechanisms.

• Background in observability and system reliability.

• Practical experience in applying AI to software development.

• Familiarity with modern IDEs and developer agents (Cursor, Copilot, Claude, or similar).

• Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in a technology-related field.
