• Over 4 years of professional experience in frontend development.

• Extensive knowledge of React, JavaScript, TypeScript, and state management frameworks such as Redux or React Query.

• Strong implementation abilities with a user-focused approach and meticulous attention to detail.

• Familiarity with testing frameworks like Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, or Playwright.

• Experience with integrating RESTful APIs and third-party services.

• Proven history of enhancing agent tools (e.g., decreasing average handle time, boosting productivity).

• Enthusiasm for creating reusable frontend components that facilitate scalability across a platform.
