Fullstack Developer – Aviation, Mission-Critical Systems

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications utilizing Java, Python, React, and/or Angular.

• Create and enhance scalable backend services and RESTful APIs.

• Develop contemporary, responsive, and user-friendly front-end interfaces.

• Contribute to architectural decisions and engage in technical design discussions.

• Work with data-intensive systems concentrating on performance and optimization.

• Ensure high standards of code quality through testing, clean architecture, and code reviews.

• Collaborate closely with Product, QA, DevOps, and Architecture teams.

• Participate in Agile/Scrum methodologies and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Troubleshoot intricate technical issues across the entire application stack.

• Facilitate the adoption of new technologies, tools, and engineering practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in aviation, transportation, or mission-critical systems.

• Over 5 years of experience in software development.

• Strong backend expertise in Java and/or Python.

• Solid frontend experience with React and/or Angular.

• Proven experience in designing and utilizing REST APIs and working with microservices.

• Strong grasp of software architecture principles and design patterns.

• Experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

• Proficient English communication skills in international teams.
