Fullstack Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Develop and enhance digital products for startups and international brands, often managing multiple projects simultaneously.

• Create web and mobile applications utilizing TypeScript, React, Next.js, React Native, and Node.js.

• Design and establish APIs and serverless architectures.

• Construct scalable interfaces linked to headless CMS and prototype AI functionalities (LLMs, agents, RAG) as required by the project.

• Build UIs from the ground up with meticulous attention to detail across various screen sizes.

• Review, refine, and test AI-generated code prior to deployment—ensuring quality is your responsibility, not the AI's.

• Write and sustain tests where they provide genuine value.

• Proactively document technical decisions.

• Engage in code reviews as both a reviewer and a contributor.

• Translate vague client briefs into actionable specifications for execution with your tools.

• Collaborate closely with project managers, designers, and other developers under tight deadlines.

• Mentor less experienced developers, especially regarding the judicious use of AI.

• Advocate for better technical solutions during the design process when necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Capability to convert a brief or Figma design into a precise execution plan, asking pertinent questions before beginning to code.

• Proficient use of AI tools (such as Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, or similar) in your daily tasks.

• You possess strong opinions on effective practices and methodologies.

• Ability to review and validate code (both your own and AI-generated) before it goes into production.

• Solid expertise in TypeScript, React, Next.js, and Node.js, with practical experience shipping in at least two distinct codebases.

• Quick to adapt to an unfamiliar code repository and become productive efficiently.

• Intermediate proficiency in English, both spoken and written.

• Comfort in handling ambiguity and transitioning between diverse client contexts.

• Nice to have: Experience with React Native in production applications.

• Nice to have: Experience integrating LLM APIs (Anthropic, OpenAI), RAG, MCP, or agents in a real product—not just demos.

• Nice to have: Prior experience in an agency or consultancy setting.

• Nice to have: Familiarity with integrations involving headless CMS (Contentful, Sanity, Prismic, or similar).

• Nice to have: A keen eye for UI, accessibility (a11y), and performance considerations.

• Nice to have: Experience with Canvas, Three.js, or WebGL.

• Nice to have: Contributions to open source projects or personal projects that can be reviewed.
