This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

• Grasp the business challenges underlying each request prior to outlining the solution and necessary developments.

• Design and maintain websites and landing pages for the various brands within the group.

• Engage in front-end development utilizing HTMX, Alpine.js, and Tailwind.

• Participate in back-end development using PHP and Python/Django.

• Integrate pages with lead capture systems and CRMs, including HubSpot and associated platforms.

• Enhance and maintain lead capture forms, landing pages, and widgets.

• Troubleshoot and improve integrations with CRM systems.

• Identify and resolve bugs in pages and the interactions between front end, back end, and third-party services.

• Oversee deployment deliveries, offering ongoing support and opportunities for continuous improvement.

• Collaborate with Marketing, CRM, and Data teams to convert business requirements into technical solutions.

• Document code and the technical decisions made during the development process.

• Solid understanding of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, with the capability to create and modify pages independently.

• Hands-on experience with REST APIs, including aspects like authentication, requests, and data parsing.

• Familiarity with SQL and relational databases.

• Proficient in navigating multiple systems, integrations, and collaborating with stakeholders from diverse areas.

• Strong communication skills to report issues and align solutions with non-technical teams.
