This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +4 more states.
• Deliver evidence-based psychotherapy and manage medication effectively.
• Create tailored treatment plans for a diverse patient population (50 per week).
• Provide care through a telehealth platform.
• Offer clinical guidance and valuable insights to both patients and colleagues.
• Engage in interdisciplinary team meetings.
• Perform comprehensive intake evaluations and develop individualized, patient-centered treatment strategies.
• Advance into supervisory or leadership positions, contribute to clinical training programs, and take part in quality improvement initiatives.
• Consistently provide high-quality clinical care on a regular basis.
• Doctor of Medicine degree obtained from an accredited institution.
• Completed a Psychiatry residency program, including a variety of rotations such as Primary Care during training.
• Active and in good standing medical license in at least one of the following states: New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Florida, or Massachusetts.
• An active, unrestricted medical license and a DEA number for at least one of the aforementioned states.
• Board-Eligible or Board-certified in Psychiatry.
• Ideally, one or more years of post-residency clinical experience in Psychiatry, though we will consider recent graduates.
• Experience in telehealth/telemedicine.
• Background in working with patients in an outpatient setting.
• Demonstrated experience and enthusiasm for supporting Psychotherapy treatment.
• Familiarity with Psychotherapy modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT).
• Ability to confidently and efficiently document during patient sessions.
• 3 weeks of front-loaded PTO plus 9 paid holidays.
