Full Stack Technical Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with stakeholders, customers, product owners, and solution architects to comprehend, document, and convert intricate business challenges into sophisticated and sustainable technical solutions.

• Effectively communicate and present technical solutions to audiences lacking a technical background.

• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to an application development team (typically consisting of 4-8 members) involved in designing, developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining technical solutions.

• Work alongside application developers to establish and oversee prioritized technical roadmaps for applications.

• Collaborate with product ownership and stakeholders to manage and prioritize an application portfolio backlog, which includes new features, enhancements to existing applications, and requirements for infrastructural interoperability.

• Offer technical expertise and leadership across multiple application development teams as required, addressing significant application challenges and driving them to resolution.

⛳️ Requirements

• Generally requires a University Degree and a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related discipline with at least 5 years of experience.

• Proficiency in front-end development utilizing modern frameworks: Typescript (such as Angular, React, or similar), CSS (like Bootstrap, FontAwesome, or similar), and JavaScript (including Angular JS, jQuery, or similar).

• Back-end development experience with technologies and frameworks such as: Java, Python, .Net, MVC Frameworks (like Spring Boot, .NET Core, Flask or similar), ORM's (such as JPA, EFCore or similar), and Testing Frameworks (including JUnit, Pytest, XUnit or similar).

• Proven experience in technical leadership within a Scrum Agile development environment.

• Comprehensive understanding of full stack web application development.

• Demonstrated skills in analysis and problem-solving.

• Strong presentation abilities with the capacity to influence leadership and stakeholders.

• Skills in influencing and conflict resolution within a dynamic team setting.

• Experience in designing and querying with Oracle, MariaDB (MySQL), and/or SQL Server.

• Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies and CI/CD practices.

• Knowledge in addressing cybersecurity vulnerabilities.

• Extensive understanding of Object-Oriented design patterns, cloud-native architecture, and database automation (e.g., Liquibase, EF Core Management, or similar).

• In-depth knowledge of XML, JSON, and YAML.

• Experience with Microsoft Power BI.
