Full Stack Support Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Ensure the quality of source code through both writing and reviewing efforts.

• Complete assigned tasks punctually and fully, adhering to Agile sprint timelines and the established Service Level Agreement (SLA).

• Handle the resolution of production issues by providing precise and efficient solutions.

• Offer accurate task estimations during sprint planning sessions.

• Engage actively in support planning and Agile practices, including stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

• Adhere to the defined software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.

• Maintain personal discipline in JIRA by updating tasks promptly and accurately.

• Propose enhancements for the support process, software development lifecycle, CI/CD, and quality assurance.

• Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient adherence to Agile practices, including regular sprints and incremental development.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in both frontend and backend development.

• Proficient in SQL (MSSQL).

• Strong expertise in PHP and the Laravel framework.

• Solid comprehension of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (Node.js and frontend).

• Experience with modern frameworks, such as React.

• Familiarity with AWS.

• Knowledge of Agile practices, including backlog grooming, sprint estimation, and continuous integration.

• Experience in SaaS environments.

• Exposure to AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude, GitHub Copilot, Cursor) to enhance coding, code review, and debugging workflows.

• Strong client- and business-oriented mindset, with the capability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

• Good communication skills, with an intermediate level of English or higher.
