• Convert business requirements into technical specifications, development strategies, and implemented solutions.
• Design and create scalable system architectures that reduce operational risks and facilitate long-term maintenance.
• Develop and manage customizations, automation, and integrations within Salesforce.
• Construct and sustain API-based integrations across various platforms, including Salesforce, Microsoft 365, Zoom, WordPress, and other business systems.
• Design and implement automation tools that minimize manual processes while preserving data integrity and access controls.
• Develop secure front-end and server-side functionality as necessary.
• Oversee system enhancements, updates, and regression prevention to guarantee continuous stability.
• Establish and uphold version control, documentation standards, and organized deployment processes.
• Generate and maintain comprehensive technical documentation to ensure system sustainability and independence from tribal knowledge.
• Implement logging, monitoring, and basic alerting systems for critical workflows and integrations.
• Provide support for system stability and internal technical initiatives as required.
• Diagnose production issues and implement robust, long-term solutions.
• Over 5 years of professional software development experience with production systems.
• Proven capability to independently manage projects throughout the entire development lifecycle.
• Extensive experience with custom Salesforce development and integration.
• Experience in creating and maintaining API-based integrations (REST, OAuth2, webhooks, automation workflows).
• Experience in developing custom functionality for WordPress and familiarity with modern web technologies.
• Preferred familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Zoom integrations.
• Strong knowledge of system architecture, data modeling, debugging, and application reliability.
• Experience with version control and organized deployment practices.
• Ability to translate non-technical business requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Self-driven and comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
• Fully remote work environment with occasional travel for on-site conferences (depending on the position).
