This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.
β’ **Your responsibilities will include:**
β’ - Ensuring financial transparency for partners by enhancing the systems related to reconciliation, invoicing, transaction history, and payin/payout processes that salon owners depend on daily.
β’ - Improving internal tools to empower our operations, support, and data compliance teams to operate efficiently while minimizing risk.
β’ - Taking ownership of platform reliability, managing your services throughout the entire lifecycle, from architecture to deployment, with a strong DevOps approach.
β’ - Fostering a culture of experimentation by validating ideas through data analysis before scaling them up.
β’ **About you:**
β’ - You possess proven experience in managing production-grade web applications from start to finish, understanding that the best technical choices stem from a comprehensive grasp of the problem at hand, not just the code (mid/senior level).
β’ - You take full ownership of features from the database schema to the user interface without requiring handoffs.
β’ - You think in terms of systems and trade-offs, identifying upstream causes rather than just downstream symptoms.
β’ - You have a product-oriented mindset, considering the end user's perspective, questioning the rationale behind decisions, and challenging anything that seems illogical.
β’ - You are data-driven, implementing metrics to assess your work's impact and making decisions based on evidence.
β’ - You actively contribute to team efforts, align with colleagues, and collaborate to achieve shared outcomes.
β’ - You can navigate complex or evolving domains effectively while promoting clarity, especially in areas like payments and financial data.
β’ - Experience in fintech, payments, or financial SaaS (B2B experience is a plus) is desirable (nice to have).
β’ - Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude, Cursor, or similar, along with a clear understanding of their value add (nice to have).
β’ - Exposure to event-driven architectures in large-scale production environments (nice to have).
β’ - You can communicate fluently in English.
β’ - You are located in any city within Spain or Italy and possess a valid right to work.
