Full-Stack Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and sustain full-stack features for both frontend applications and backend services.

• Create and maintain backend APIs that facilitate onboarding, authentication, transaction lifecycles, and operational workflows.

• Construct and enhance web applications for customers and internal users.

• Connect systems with third-party services and external providers.

• Implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms utilizing OAuth 2.0 flows.

• Operate within a microservices architecture to provide scalable backend functionalities.

• Ensure applications comply with security, performance, reliability, and observability standards, including monitoring.

• Engage in code reviews, technical design discussions, and architectural decisions.

• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a software engineer with expertise in both frontend and backend systems.

• Extensive experience in developing backend services using Golang and/or Java.

• Proficient in Node.js and TypeScript v5.

• Experience in building frontend applications with Next.js, React, and TypeScript.

• Solid grasp of RESTful API design principles.

• Strong SQL proficiency and experience with PostgreSQL.

• Familiarity with AWS environments, including S3.

• Knowledge of microservices and distributed backend systems.

• Experience with containerized services, Kubernetes, Helm, and Terraform.

• Proven experience in implementing OAuth 2.0 flows.

• Familiarity with Grafana or similar monitoring tools.

• Proficient in Git-based workflows with CI/CD pipelines.

• Experience with debugging tools such as VS Code or Cursor.

• Understanding of multi-threading and goroutines is an advantage.

• Experience with Webhooks and/or WebSockets is a plus.

• Background in architecture and system design is a bonus.

• Comfort with AI-assisted development tools is advantageous.

• Experience in the fintech, crypto, payments, or other regulated sectors is a plus.

• Experience in developing internal dashboards or operational tools is beneficial.

• Familiarity with authentication, authorization, and secure system design is a plus.
