Full Stack Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• We are seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer to become part of our core product team in Poland (remotely) to contribute to the development and expansion of Rho’s comprehensive commercial banking platform.

• This role entails hands-on engineering within a team responsible for some of Rho's most essential product areas: Accounts Payable automation and money transfer details.

• You will collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, and designers to implement impactful features throughout the stack — from database architecture to user interface design.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience as a full stack software engineer.

• Strong grasp of backend systems along with experience in developing APIs and distributed services.

• Proficient in Python, Go, or similar backend programming languages.

• Extensive experience with TypeScript and React for contemporary frontend development.

• Familiarity with distributed systems, including the trade-offs involved in supporting either higher loads or lower latency within an application.

• Experience working in a startup or enterprise within a highly technical market segment, such as AI, security, finance and blockchain, or infrastructure.

• Nice to have: Experience in building and deploying applications using Docker and Kubernetes.

• Nice to have: Familiarity with cloud computing platforms like GCP or AWS.

• Nice to have: Understanding of accounting or financial software.
