Full-Stack Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Indonesia.

📋 Description

• Create our next generation of software products, including web applications, iOS, Android, desktop applications, and websites.

• Work collaboratively with the team on product design and direction.

• Contribute to enhancements in our development workflows and processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of production experience in fullstack web development, with a strong emphasis on frontend logic (familiarity with frameworks like React, Vue, Angular, etc.).

• At least 2 years of production experience in web/API backends using languages such as NodeJs, Java, C#, C++, Python, PHP, or others.

• Experience using Linux and Git in previous roles.

• Strong focus on product design and user experience.

• Self-motivated with a 'get-it-done' mentality.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.

• Enjoy collaborating and engaging in code reviews and discussions on architecture or design.

• Enthusiastic about learning new technologies as required.

• Advanced knowledge of Typescript, NodeJS, PostgreSQL, React, React Native, and Electron (this is our primary stack) - significant bonus points for.

• Experience as a senior engineer or tech lead, or having managed a team before - significant bonus points for.

• Background in scaling production software and working on products experiencing rapid growth - significant bonus points for.

• Experience in mobile app development - significant bonus points for.

• Familiarity with code tooling such as static analysis, build systems, CI/CD workflows, and containers like Docker - significant bonus points for.

• Contributions to open-source projects - significant bonus points for.
