Full Stack Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop high-quality software, engage in code reviews, and contribute to the creation of best practices and documentation.

• Assist in the design of full-stack systems, focusing on API architecture, data models, and UI component structures.

• Adopt AI-driven development by constructing guardrails, validation layers, end-to-end tests, and supporting systems to ensure the safety, reliability, and production readiness of AI-assisted outputs.

• Create intuitive and responsive front-end experiences utilizing React and contemporary component libraries, converting requirements into clean, reusable UI components.

• Develop secure and clean back-end services using Express.js, emphasizing REST APIs, modular design, and Prisma ORM.

• Collaborate with design, product, DevSecOps, and field teams to deploy features promptly and securely.

• Aid in automated testing and code quality gates by authoring and reviewing unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.

• Diagnose bugs, resolve performance issues, and ensure compliance with IL6 deployment standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of relevant experience in software engineering.

• Proven expertise in full-stack software development.

• Familiarity with AI-enabled development tools for rapid software delivery.

• Strong front-end capabilities: React (component design, hooks, modern front-end patterns), JavaScript/TypeScript, along with a solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles.

• Robust back-end skills: Express.js, with practical experience in Prisma ORM and relational databases, as well as a solid grasp of SQL, indexing, and query optimization.

• Experience with testing tools across the stack (e.g., Jest, Vitest, React Testing Library, Playwright, Cypress) and a history of integrating automated validation and end-to-end testing into delivery processes.

• Knowledge of secure software development practices and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab, etc.).

• Comfortable working in Agile/Lean environments, with rapid delivery cycles and direct user feedback loops.
