Full-Stack Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Design and develop comprehensive full-stack features utilizing modern TypeScript for both frontend and backend.

• Architect, create, and sustain robust RESTful APIs with appropriate authentication, validation, and error management.

• Uphold high engineering standards through thorough testing, which includes unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.

• Containerize and deploy services employing Docker and CI/CD pipelines.

• Collaborate closely with the founding team to shape product direction, architecture, and technical strategy.

• Contribute to the development of scalable and maintainable system architecture within a dynamic startup environment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a relevant field.

• Strong command of TypeScript and Node.js.

• Proven experience in developing production-grade frontends with React; experience with Next.js is a plus.

• Familiarity with contemporary frontend tools, including Tailwind and component libraries.

• Experience in backend development using frameworks such as Fastify or similar.

• Solid grasp of PostgreSQL, including schema design and query optimization.

• Knowledge of Docker, CI/CD processes, and cloud deployment environments.

• Experience in implementing secure authentication mechanisms, such as JWT or OAuth.

• Strong commitment to testing discipline — you integrate tests during feature development rather than as an afterthought.
