Full Stack Software Engineer – AI Neobank App

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sweden.

📋 Description

• Develop end-to-end features for both customer-facing and internal products.

• Create web flows, backend APIs, administrative tools, dashboards, and operational systems.

• Provide support for products in the realms of insurance, payments, savings, investing, travel, and financial services.

• Collaborate with product, design, mobile, and operations teams to ensure rapid launches.

• Integrate APIs, manage data flows, and enhance production reliability.

• Utilize analytics, feedback, and production issues to refine features post-launch.

• Assist in developing tools that minimize manual tasks and accelerate business processes.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in full stack software engineering.

• Strong foundational knowledge in both frontend and backend development.

• Familiarity with modern web frameworks, APIs, databases, and production systems.

• Ability to swiftly build effective products without the need for perfect specifications.

• Demonstrates good product intuition, UX understanding, and meticulous attention to detail.

• Proficient in debugging across the entire stack.

• Experience in fintech, insurtech, marketplaces, consumer applications, or high-volume platforms is a significant plus.
